宿泊のお申し込みについては下記詳細を必ずご確認下さい

• 期間:5/3～5/5の二泊三日・素泊まり・各1名様
  大人(中学生以上)11,000円 小学生以下6,000円 未就学児2,000円
  ※宿泊代には宿泊施設～フェスティバル会場までの送迎費も含まれます。
• 宿泊代にはフェスティバルのチケット代金は含まれていません。
• 宿泊は一泊のみの場合でも同価格となりますので、ご了承ください。
• 宿の指定はご要望の人数や状況に応じて観光協会様の方で執り行います。
• 他のお客様やグループと相部屋にはなりませんのでご安心ください。
• 部屋数が足りなくなった場合にはお受けできない場合もありますので、ご了承ください。
• 安全上の理由により、開催期間中は基本お車を移動することはできません。
  宿泊施設に荷物を置いたあと、お車で会場まで来て駐車をお願い致します。
  会場と宿への往復はシャトルバスをご利用ください。
• 観光協会様より、メールの返信には2～3日頂く場合がございます。
  5日経っても返信がない場合はお手数ですが再度ご連絡ください。宜しくお願い致します。

About accommodation application:

• Period: 2 nights 3 days from 5/3 to 5/5, staying without meals,
  Price : 11,000 yen for adults (over Junior high school students),6,000 yen for under elementary school students, 2,000 yen for
  preschoolers. A shuttle bus will run from your accommodation to the festival venue during the event.
• Accommodation fee does not include festival ticket fee.
• Please note that the accommodation fee will be the same even
  if you stay only for one night.
• The tourist association will specify the inn according to the number of people requested.
• Please be assured that you will not be sharing a room with other guests or groups.
• Please note that we may not be able to accept your request if there are not enough rooms.
• For safety reasons, you cannot move your car during the festival. After putting your luggage in the accommodation, please come to the venue by car. Please use the shuttle bus for round trip transport from the venue and the accommodation.
• It may take 2 to 3 days to reply to the email from the tourist association. If you do not receive a reply after 5 days, please contact us again.
